Job Role
This part-time, limited-term position is reporting directly to the Fruitlands Museum Store and Guest Services Manager. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be working 15-25 hours per week during May - December. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations for guests, processing sales, and promoting Trustees membership. You will also become familiar with the Fruitlands Museum history, exhibits, and website.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the Museum Store.
- Process sales and sell tickets for museum entry.
- Assist with museum orientation and provide excellent customer service.
- Process sales and count and balance the drawer.
- Partner with other departments throughout the day to ensure smooth operations for guests.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in retail or another customer-facing position preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
