The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our aviation team as a BIM Administrative Assistant I in Los Angeles County with the following duties:

- Opening and evaluating 3D models in either Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and ACC
- Administration of Autodesk BIM360 Design environment
- Administration of ACC project environment
- Maintain digital library of BIM models on ACC or another platform
- Implement new BIM tools, select innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks or introduce new plug-ins for existing programs
- Ensure BIM models remain up to date throughout the course of a project
- Verify that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete
- Participate in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process
- Review and commenting BIM submittals
- May assume other duties as required/needed
- Maybe required to work beyond regular shift hours as needed
- Maybe required to work various shifts as needed
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- One year of experience working with BIM related processes and workflows
- Familiar with PM/CM functions in construction projects
- Software knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360 Design, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint and Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Salary Range: $92,000-$97,000
