What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at The TUJO Restaurant Group?
Basic Job Tasks - Busser
Additional Duties:
- Pre bus tables
- Sweep underneath the tables each time you clear and reset them.
- Remove, clean, sanitize, and put away any booster seats/highchairs. (It is embarrassing to have a customer point out that a highchair is not clean).
- Clean up any spillage quickly with a mop & place a wet floor sign. Please tell the employees and anyone else to watch their step.
- If a tip is left on the table, take it up to the tip jar.
