Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is an entry level position that is essential for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality hardwood flooring products while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.
Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:30PM (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities
- Operate various machinery and equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to assemble products efficiently.
- Work collaboratively on the flooring line, maintaining a steady workflow and meeting production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
