Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Center Director to join our team. The Assistant Center Director will work closely with the Center Director to oversee the daily operations of the center, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality tutoring services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Center Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the tutoring center.
- Supervise and support a team of tutors.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and students.
- Conduct student assessments and develop individualized learning plans.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents regularly.
- Assist with marketing and sales efforts to grow center enrollment.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Manage center schedules and resources.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in education, tutoring, or center management is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and backgrounds.
