Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service by utilizing expertise in beverage service and operation.
- Manage inventory, stocking, setup lists, opening/closing the bar, and creating/serving all beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and seating area.
- Adhere to the club's uniform standards.
- Comply with NYS Health & Safety codes regarding food and beverage.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
- Basic knowledge of DOH regulations.
- Able to develop inventory lists, stocking, and setup lists specific to function amounts.
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
- Familiarity with common cocktails, garnishes, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks.
- A team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
