Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
- Manage inventory, stocking, and setup lists.
- Create and serve all beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and seating area.
- Comply with NYS Health & Safety codes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
- Basic knowledge of DOH regulations.
- Able to develop inventory lists and stocking lists.
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
- Familiarity with common cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
