- Providing warm welcomes and anticipatory service to members and guests.
- Ensuring the efficient start and direction of play, collaborating with the Director of Outside Operations as needed.
- Overseeing golf cart cleanliness, storage, and maintenance, as well as practicing facility readiness.
- Monitoring the bag drop area, organizing the bag room, and assisting members and guests with retrieving golf bags.
- Participating in daily range inspections, adjusting settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
