What You’ll Do

memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations

flavors, aromas and characteristics of food ingredients and wines

product quality and restaurant cleanliness

calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment

on-the-fly requests with ease and poise

POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital / online reservation systems)

monthly wine edits and updates for POS and CT

continuous improvement

and manage purchasing while staying within forecasted budget

education of self and team

local supplier and distributor meetings for programing and support

and maintain wine on hand dollar amount

and uphold bartender standards and cleanliness

and audit weekly inventory being able to understand and explain variance

and maintain wine education and training with staff

programing and product development
