What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator position at The Twenty Something House?
Position Summary
You will be invited to apply for a spot in The Twenty Something House, Arizona‘s newest content creator ”house”! Most content creation pages & houses are place you have to live, contribute to, pay rent, have a minimum amount of followers, etc.
NOT with The Twenty Something House! We are a content creation group that is open to the residents of Tucson! Although we would live together, we would have monthly or weekly meetups while also making content separately and together.
Qualifications
- You must be between the ages of 20 & 29, hence being a twenty-something.
- You must be a content creator on either Instagram, TikTok and/or YouTube.
- Although we prefer people that have a bit of platform of at least 1,000 followers on the apps mentioned above, we invite everyone to apply whether they have that or not.
- You must live in Tucson, surrounding area or be able to travel to and from Tucson.
- You must be able to create & edit TikToks or Reels with or without an editing software.
- Willingness to collaborate with other creators, participate in group projects, and contribute to the group’s overall content strategy.
- Ability to meet deadlines, maintain brand-friendly behavior, and uphold the house’s reputation. A solid work ethic and commitment to regular content output are crucial.
- Willingness to sign collaboration agreements, NDAs, and any necessary legal documents.
- A friendly, respectful, and drama-free personality that contributes to a healthy and productive living and working environment.
Miscellaneous
- You will not be required to bring in a certain amount of income or followers, as this is something that benefits us as a whole and separately and none of us want it to become toxic!
- There is no promise of PR or brand partnerships, but that is our goal! Our promise is lifelong friends along with building your own platforms up!
