The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel based in London. We are opening a new property with an all-day public restaurant and private members' club located in the former Margaret Louisa Home in Union Square. We are looking for a Membership Administrative Assistant to support our Membership department.
JOB TITLE: MEMBERSHIP ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
GRADE: NON-MANAGEMENT
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF MEMBERSHIP
JOB PURPOSE:
The Membership Assistant provides administrative support to the department by ensuring all Member profiles are accurate and up to date, building Member engagement through newsletters and other member communication and producing event collateral as needed. This role takes ownership of the PeopleVine platform, managing Member onboarding and renewals and following relevant analytics through the platform’s reporting functions. The Membership Assistant is a first point of contact for all Membership inquiries.
Job Description
- To provide a consistently high level of customer service when dealing with Members, guests, clients and colleagues by offering an engaging, attentive and charismatic service to all who contact us both in person and through messaging systems.
- Ensure the Membership team is kept up to date on all feedback gathered about club developments, Membership spaces and level of service.
- To handle all financial discrepancies in relation to Members’ accounts in PeopleVine.
- Work with Marketing to assist in delivering regular and engaging Membership communications via digital newsletters and physical mailouts that go out on time.
- To provide strong administrative support to Head of Membership in maintaining updated and detailed information on pending and active Members, sales and programming/events across all Membership operating systems.
- To assist the Head of Membership with the on-site tours and accurately describing all member spaces and functionalities.
- To ensure that the programming calendar is consistently and accurately updated and following target timelines as well as keeping current with crucial NYC social and cultural events and holidays.
- To assist the Membership team with the planning and executing of all programming including function sheets and post event reports.
- Support the Head of Membership to deliver events within Membership spaces and converting a pre-determined number of event guests into active Members.
- To pass on Member private event inquiries to the Events and Food & Beverage teams.
