Marketing Director- Law Firm

We are the Tyson Law Firm! We are a fun, fast-paced, and growing law firm. We specialize in car accident and criminal defense cases. We work as a team to ensure our clients get the best representation, we all make a good living, and enjoy life!!!

We are seeking a dynamic marketing director to build and head our marketing department. This person will help determine and shape our marketing strategy, cultivate different referral relationships, oversee budgeting and marketing agreements, recruit and build our marketing team, etc.

All things marketing— in-person meetings, print, digital marketing, etc.— will be the responsibility of our new director.

We want someone smart, creative, and effective!

Position requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing preferred but not required)
• Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must be a leader and forward-thinking
• Must be a people person who is patient, likes to talk, and loves to meet people!
• Must be able to perform all general duties on a daily basis
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software
• Must be able to create and implement marketing campaigns and materials (e.g., videos, flyers, etc.)
• Must be familiar with digital marketing, SEO, social media tools, theories, goals, and measuring tools
  
  
  

General duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Overseeing marketing campaigns daily
• Negotiating marketing deals/partnerships
• Overseeing/supervising marketing employees
• Going in person to meet new potential client sources
• Maintaining and building relationships with client sources
• Coordinating and executing in-person events
• Managing event logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities to maximize client engagement
• Preparing regular reports on market activities and ROI
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance
  
  
  

Salary range: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00
