The UA Insurance Agency is looking for an Insurance Sales Producer to market Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.

Success in this role will require you to build a strong local network and in-person relationship building within the community. Professional wardrobe and excellent communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
· Build a strong referral network with multiple centers of influence such as auto dealerships, realtors, and mortgage loan officers to get referral business and build a strong sales pipeline
· Generate leads from social media and get customer referrals.
· Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continually build a sales pipeline.
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
· Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
· This is primarily a sales role but does involve a small amount of service and retention responsibilities.
Requirements
· At least 1 year of Sales experience required, preferably outbound sales or telemarketing
· Property & Casualty license or Personal Lines license (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company. If you are not licensed, we pay for your online pre-licensing course to get you ready for licensing.
· Life & Health license or Life license (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company. If you are not licensed, we pay for your online pre-licensing course to get you ready for licensing.
· Be self-motivated and coachable
· Have a strong work ethic
· Be results oriented
· Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
· Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
· People-oriented
· Ability to make presentations to potential clients
· Ability to assess client needs and conduct effective interviews
· Ability to effectively relate to a client
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
