What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at The Ultimate Party Store?
-You must be able to manage of 10-14 employees in a fun retail store environment.
-The assistant manager must possess excellent customer service and staff relationship skills.
-The position requires up to 40-45 hours per week. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.
-This position requires very little office or desk time as all paperwork is handled by the main office. -This is not a desk job and you are on your feet for the entire day.
-Vacation and health benefits are offered. 1 week of vacation is offered after 1 year
