Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with mills, lathes, or similar equipment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.
- Proficient in AS9100 quality standards.
- Ability to navigate the manufacturing floor and react quickly to changing conditions.
Work Environment
- Frequently twist, bend, and reach overhead to access equipment.
- Handle tools, parts, and equipment with precision using hands and fingers.
