The seasonal Valley Kitchen Food Runner is responsible for expediting the food orders for the guests/members. The right person will gain menu knowledge and provide excellent service. A Hyatt food runner will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.
