We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Store Manager at our N. Charleston, SC store. As the Store Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store by assuming total store accountability for sales, profitability, and loss prevention. Ensure a complete shopping experience for our customers, which involve product knowledge and personal assistance.
The Position Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
- Maintain the highest level of store presentation standards.
- Hire and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Opening and closing store.
- Marketing to help promote the business and obtain new accounts.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience required and retail experience preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate employees.
- Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Flexible work schedule; open availability needed.
- Some heavy lifting and ability to stand during the majority of shift.
- Must work a full shift 3 out of 4 weekends per month.
