Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information regarding financial products and services.
- Assist customers with cash handling and cash management tasks, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Process loan applications and provide guidance on loan processing steps to customers.
- Manage customer accounts by handling debits and credits while maintaining accurate records.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's offerings to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer relationship management strategies and enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly within financial services or banking environments.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
