Job Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
· Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand.
· Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
· Clean garbage cans.
· Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
· Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
· Sweep and scrub floors.
· Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
· Maintain trash room area, keep it in a clean and orderly condition.
· Perform routine cleaning of kitchen space including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash removal, moving dirty pots and pans and stocking clean equipment.
· Perform daily sweep and mop at 3pm.
· Other duties to be assigned
Skills and Requirements:
· Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
· Must stand for long periods of time
· Must be able to constantly go up and down stairs throughout the day
· Bending and lifting required
