Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategy Lead to drive our B2B marketing initiatives, identify key market opportunities, and enhance brand positioning across multiple regions, including Thailand, China, Korea, and beyond . The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, event planning, and executing targeted marketing strategies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and nurture B2B leads to expand the company's client base.
- Research and secure strategic events, partnerships, and business opportunities to enhance market visibility.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, manage, and execute events hosted by the company to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Identify key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities for participation.Develop event marketing strategies, promotional materials, and follow-up campaigns.Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop, localize, and implement marketing strategies for key markets ( Thailand, China, Korea, etc. ).Deploy targeted marketing tools, including client email communications, web updates, sales collateral, and localized content .Execute marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs , including brand awareness initiatives, product promotions, and digital marketing strategies.Manage marketing communications and branding activities across different regions.Market Research & Data Analysis
Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.Analyze campaign performance and provide meaningful insights for optimization and decision-making .Drive data-driven marketing solutions to enhance targeting, campaign efficiency, and lead generation.Marketing Program & Campaign Management
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including stakeholder and vendor management .Oversee content development for marketing initiatives, aligning with business objectives.Coordinate digital, social media, and content-driven marketing activities to increase engagement.Support global, regional, and local marketing projects as required.Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in financial services , preferably in wealth management, investment, or asset management .Strong experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and event management .Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, and data-driven marketing strategies .Excellent project management, multitasking, and collaboration skills.Strong communication skills, with proficiency in verbal, written, and visual presentations .Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment .High level of self-motivation, integrity, and ethics.Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields .Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus .Singaporean or PR (Permanent Resident) only.Thai language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) is an advantage to support Thai MarketJ-18808-Ljbffr
