We’re currently seeking a Criminal Defense Associate Attorney to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on courtroom experience, manage your own caseload, and grow within a dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases
- Attend pretrial hearings, negotiate with DAs, and provide strategic legal advice
- Draft motions, conduct legal research, and interview witnesses
- Manage your own caseload and maintain client communication
- Prepare clients for depositions and trial
- Collaborate with the Managing Criminal Defense Attorney and legal support staff
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Experience handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state and local level
- Comfortable with court appearances and case management
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Passionate about criminal law and fighting for clients
Salary Range: $90,000.00-$120,000.00
