Cultivation:
1st shift: Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday- Friday 6am -4:30pm
Pay: $18.30/ hour
Responsibilities:
- Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, and trimming, inspecting the plants.
- Fertilizing and providing nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols
- Careful monitoring of the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for disease or infestation.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 or more pounds
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures.

The Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Willing to schedule Mandatory State Fingerprinting Background Check
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry ( No felonies within 10 years or Misdemeanors within 5 years)
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation
- Earned a HS Diploma or GED
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative
- Desire to create a career in the Cannabis Industry
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 or more pounds
