Post-Harvest:
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:30 PM
- Pay: $18.30/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bucking and trimming of harvested cannabis plants with precision.
- Remove excess foliage to ensure a high-quality, visually appealing product.
- Follow established protocols for drying, curing, weighing, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while meeting production goals.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards.
Why You?
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are 21 years of age or older.
- Can pass a Mandatory State Fingerprinting Background Check (no felonies within 10 years or misdemeanors within 5 years)
- Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
- Are motivated, self-directed, and passionate about building a career in the cannabis industry.
- Are comfortable lifting 50 pounds frequently.
