Cleaning Technician

A Cannabis Cultivation Cleaning Technician is an essential role within our cannabis facility dedicated to maintaining a "surgically clean" environment for optimal plant health and viability. In this role, you will ensure that our cannabis grow rooms, including 20 flower rooms, 4 veg rooms, and additional large spaces, remain pristine to support productive cultivation.

Job Title: Cannabis Cultivation Cleaning Technician II

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay: $18/hour

Shifts Available

• 2nd shift- Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12am
• 3rd shift- Monday - Friday 12am - 8:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize grow rooms, including flower, veg, and mezzanine areas.
• Remove grow cubes and plant waste to prevent contamination.
• Sweep and vacuum floors and trays, keeping cultivation spaces immaculate.
• Clean peripheral fans, walls, and other equipment surfaces.
• Change and date filters on MSB units and air filtration systems.
• Use Dawn dish soap and deck brushes to clean and sanitize trays.
• Sanitize irrigation lines and ensure trays are prepared for planting.
• Clean and sanitize floors and surfaces in various grow rooms.

Requirements:

• Pass a comprehensive criminal background check
• Age 21 or over (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
• Manual dexterity, physical stamina; Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs. assisted & 40 lbs. unassisted. consistently throughout the day and stand for long periods of time.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attentiveness, detail oriented.
