The Director of Children’s Ministry will lead TUMC’s Children’s Ministry Program. This will include developing age-appropriate activities to facilitate the spiritual growth of children, including planning and leading Sunday School and periodic children’s events and activities. The Director will develop and implement an annual plan and budget for child and volunteer recruitment, activities and programming. The Director will lead, coordinate with and delegate to the Children’s Ministry Team in carrying out the children’s ministry program, and coordinate with Tonganoxie Early Prep and Youth Ministry Directors to facilitate transitions between the programs.
