Full-Stack Developer – Discipleship Ministries - Operations (Exempt), Reports to IT Director
The Full-Stack Developer builds, supports, maintains, troubleshoots, and improves various web apps, properties, and systems of Discipleship Ministries. Develops for both front and back-end web applications. This position is expected to become a knowledge resource regarding various applications for other staff and help our internal customers to investigate, debug, resolve issues, and provide solutions that pertain to the Discipleship Ministries web and application ecosystem.
This position will assume the role of administrator of various applications and will be expected to refine configurations and processes to meet the needs of the departments and organization in a team atmosphere. Will also develop reliable test suites, create documentation, and monitor error & performance reports to support reliable applications.
Will develop enhancements, new functionality, and new content for various web apps, properties, and systems. Resolves issues for various web apps, properties, and systems. Works closely with Customer Support to resolve customer issues.
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to staff for various web apps, properties, systems, and tools including but not limited to: Advantage CS, Cider, CMSs, Salesforce, Craft, Mobile Apps, SendGrid, Mailgun, Google Analytics, Google Console, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Jira Service Desk, Asana, Identity Server, Content Server, TUR Prayer Admin, TUR Ministry Manager Admin, AWS, FreshWorks, WebPurify, Stripe, SFTP, and APIs between platforms.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with emphasis on web development or equivalent work experience.
Experience with common web development tools and services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines.
One to three years of related job experience.
