Job Summary: Provides high level of service and hospitality in private club environment. Runs front desk in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. Assists with marketing efforts such as flyer production, emails, newsletters, website, social, etc. Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Hours: This is a full-time, four-day-a-week position. The hours are Tuesday to Friday 10 a.m.to 8 p.m.
Starting pay: $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Fluent in Microsoft Office suite.
· Experience with graphic template software such as Canva
· Proven ability to learn new software
· Experience with club management/POS software preferred
· Some prior marketing experience preferred
· Professional dress and demeanor in private club environment
Job Tasks/Duties:
· Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
· Answer incoming calls providing answers to questions or directing caller to appropriate staff member
· Prepare documentation for weekly manager meetings
· Register members and guests for events and answer questions regarding the event
· Promote member events and other club services using suggestive selling techniques
· Know and explain daily event details to members and guests
· Operate front office equipment such as mail machine, copier, and laminator
· Process mail, packages, and messages
· Report unusual occurrences or requests to management
· Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk and lobby area
· Maintain water station and snack tray in lobby
· Update marquee daily
· Prepare daily reservation cards and other template graphics as requested
· Mail monthly member statements and newsletter
· Prepare and process Letters of Introduction for members and reciprocal members
· Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Work Environment
· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
· Able to climb stairs several times per day
· Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, and pulling

· Moderate noise level
