Detailed Position Information

The Department of Philosophy invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning fall 2025. AOS or AOC in the Philosophy of Law broadly construed. Ph.D. in philosophy should be completed by August 15, 2025. A J.D. from a respected Law School and experience in the legal professions are strongly preferred. The philosopher hired will be expected to teach undergraduate classes, and support the development of, and teach in, a new Masters program in Law, Ethics and Society.
