Meets with students and provides referrals to appropriate resources and administers the Clearance Process for students deemed to be at risk to self or others. Facilitates follow-up communication with healthcare providers, appropriate University personnel, families, and students. Provides weekly and annual case management reports.Additional Department Summary : Provides non-clinical case management services to students experiencing a broad range of issues. Facilitates follow-up communication with healthcare providers, appropriate University personnel, families, and students. Provides weekly and annual case management reports to the Director of Student Care and Well Being and participates in On-Call Dean services. Completes required training and promoting a safe, hospitable, and respectful workplace. Has personal accountability for financial reporting and responsibility for establishing, enforcing, and following internal processes and controls as outlined in UA policies and procedures.Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of case management, crisis management, and / or social services experience; OR master's degree and some case management, crisis management, and / or social services experience.Skills and Knowledge : Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to prioritize work assignments. Knowledge of computer software and database management. Demonstrates commitment to supporting all students.Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors degree and three (3) years of experience to include two (2) years of experience working in case management, crisis management, medical office, campus housing facility, or related office environment; OR masters degree and two (2) years of experience working in case management, crisis management, medical office, campus housing facility, or related office environment. Experience working in higher education administration.
