Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary: The Experiential Learning Program Manager provides advanced professional oversight and planning for the development, implementation, and delivery of one or more programs, services, or activities within a department. May supervise professional staff. May assist in training lower level staff.
Additional Department Summary: Provides individual and group advisement for students interested in experiential learning by developing and facilitating innovative workshops and programming. Serves as point person for students in the Capstone College of Nursing and distance learners. Advises students on resume preparation and development, professional correspondence, interviewing skills, job search strategies, employer research, informational interviewing, and networking. Collaborates with other program managers in order to maximize the delivery of programs, resources, and services for all client populations and works with other related staff in order to enhance career development and employment services for students. Participates in regional and national professional organizations and conferences related to the mission and services of The Career Center. Facilitates career choice through self-assessment and resources.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience; OR Master's degree.

Creative ability to think outside the norm of traditional career paths. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent computer skills. Strong organization and written skills. Demonstrates commitment to supporting all students.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in student personnel, human resources, counseling, higher education, communications, or a related field. Career services experience. Knowledge of and qualification to administer career assessments.
