Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems on workstations and servers.
- Maintain and optimize virtual servers hosted in-cloud.
- Manage system backup and disaster recovery.
- Monitor systems for alerts, identify alerts or failures and triage according to established procedures or escalate issues when necessary to appropriate group.
- Conduct routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Revise, enhance, update, install, configure, integrate, maintain, and document system hardware and software applications.
- Monitor and analyze cloud-based performance metrics, identifying potential performance bottlenecks and taking corrective actions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Maintain and secure physical devices including printers and AV equipment.
- Analyze and determine the cause of systems software/hardware failures and/or performance deficiencies and take corrective action, as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all infrastructure, such as network topology, server inventory, procedures, and standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer information technology, or related field; OR
- Equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure (Azure) and technologies.
- Active Directory and Group Policy management experience.
- Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other modules in the Microsoft stack.
- Entra, Intune, and Azure identity management configuration.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Familiarity with enterprise data center hardware.
- Full-time in-office position on-site.
- Standard office environment with close work on a personal computer in open, busy work environment.
- High exposure to computer screens.
- This position may require sitting for long periods of time.
- May require weekend and/or evening in support of operations, as needed.
