Get to Know Your Team:
- The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.
- The Bariatric Patient Navigator/NSQIP-ERAS provides appropriate administration and coordination for Bariatric patients throughout the continuum of care.
- Offers support, education, and other assistance to ensure all program requirements are met. Provides consultation and expertise to ensure all program requirements are met and to ensure the course of care is coordinated, scheduled, and communicated through the program process to confirm all program participants are managed appropriately.
- Performs accurate entry of NSQIP data into data base, in addition to gathering data related to ERAS. Provides reports and quality information related to both NSQIP and ERAS.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in a health care setting
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant or LPN (preferred)
- Prior bariatric treatment program experience (preferred)
