This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Infrastructure Applications Team Leader who will oversee a team of support analysts and developers, managing the complete application lifecycle. This includes support, maintenance, lifecycle management, security, and development in alignment with ITIL processes. The Team Leader will ensure efficient handling of workload demands, issue resolution, and request execution in line with agreed service levels.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Oversee operational support and maintenance of the University’s Infrastructure Applications portfolio, ensuring alignment with service agreements, business needs, and support obligations.
- Allocate and manage team workload following ITIL best practices, ensuring effective incident resolution, stakeholder communication, root cause analysis, and preventative measures.
- Ensure infrastructure applications remain current, secure, and maintained in line with agreed release cycles.
- Manage and assign development requests, ensuring adherence to best practice standards across the portfolio.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
