About the Role
Contribute to a dynamic and innovative program that integrates hands-on instruction with critical analysis of contemporary publishing trends. Deliver high-quality teaching across graduate-level courses, focusing on both print and digital media, and play a pivotal role in preparing students for diverse careers in the publishing industry. This position also encompasses responsibilities in administration, service, and scholarship, providing a pathway for professional growth within an inclusive and collegial academic environment.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Delivering engaging and high-quality teaching by preparing and conducting tutorials, seminars, and lectures; developing and marking assessments; and contributing to subject coordination, including managing Learning Management System sites and supporting student welfare.
- Developing educational resources and contributing to course and subject material while supervising theses at Honours, Masters, and PhD levels as appropriate.
- Participating in scholarly and professional activities to enhance teaching practices, disseminate knowledge, and engage with the broader academic and professional community.
- Undertaking leadership and service activities by attending meetings, fulfilling administrative duties, contributing to committees, and upholding University policies and values.
