Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area and five (5) years of appropriate experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Special Conditions Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule

Partners With Registrar Office Staff And External Constituents
- Veteran Affairs/THEC assistance, produce catalog pdfs periodically for compliance.
- Assists with System Support Specialist for questions related to courses, such as repeats, graduation purposes.
- Works closely with Assistant Registrar of Scheduling to ensure timely updates and follow deadlines before schedule rolls.
- Coordinates with Degreeworks expert.
- Work with Graduate Admissions for updates that includes changes to Global programs.
- Work with Dean of Graduate School for policy and systems question needed.
- Work with Director of Graduate School Services for academic program updates.
- Work with various academic advisors for any course and program related questions.
- Work with Records Analysis Coordinator for any Banner or course related questions.
- Assist faculty with questions related to Banner, catalog, and Curriculog.
Oversees the production of the Undergraduate and Graduate Catalog in catalog software
Duties & Responsibilities
System Management Of Curricula Data
- Creates new prerequisite rules as courses change.
- Enters new course information in Banner and updates existing courses.
- Creates new programs in Banner.
- Evaluates new TN eCampus courses to determine course equivalencies.
- Enters course equivalencies for U of M courses.
- Creates special curriculum courses.
- Logs all curriculum information centrally for historical reference.
- Coordinate updates made in Banner to support the CRM Slate.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
