Coaching & Player Development: Plan and conduct training sessions, focusing on technical skills, tactical strategies, and position-specific development. Assist with in-game decision-making and provide detailed feedback to players through video analysis and one-on-one sessions. Direct, encourage and motivate athletes to prepare them for competitions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Recruiting: Evaluate, recruit, and secure top student-athletes locally, nationally, and internationally. Build relationships with prospective student-athletes, their families, and high school/club coaches. Coordinate all recruiting efforts, including database management and event scheduling in compliance with NCAA regulations.

Academic Support & Leadership Development: Monitor academic progress of student-athletes in collaboration with academic advisors. Provide leadership opportunities and foster a positive team culture through mentoring and team-building activities.

Scouting Opponents – Utilizes performance analysis software to break down and take notes on opposing teams and their tendencies and tactics.
Duties & Responsibilities
Other: Collaborate with the Athletics Communication Department to enhance the program’s visibility through strategic social media campaigns, promotional content, and branding. Organize and oversee youth and prospect camps, and support community outreach initiatives.
