While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Manages contract agreements within Auxiliary Services to ensure contract compliance including but not limited to Copier Services Management, Beverage and Snack Vending and Beverage support for special events and crisis management requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Track usage, revenue/expenses, analyze data and prepare reports for all oversight auxiliary services areas, and monitor budgets to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Provides support and guidance to diverse group of stakeholders on lease agreements, equipment and software-related issues; assists in the development, preparation, interpretation, and revision of technical specifications for the procurement and lease of materials, equipment, and lease of services; and applicable laws and policies governing public contracting and purchasing.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement price and performance standards for vendors incompliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standard business practices and evaluates vendor performance.

Identify and recommend alternative sources for supplies and services when existing providers are either insufficient or new business needs and requirements necessitate an expanded/renewed supply base.
