Coordinates, designs, and conducts responsive moderate to complex training and education programs for information systems or user personnel.

- Master at least one epic application and the workflow associated.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate the training program for respective application(s).
- Create and maintain all application curriculums. Provide appropriate training material for all upgrades and system changes. Develop assessments for competency testing. Work with super users to optimize the use of the epic system.
- Build, test, and maintain the training environment(s) scenarios.
- Facilitate end user training classes as needed.
- Monitor and resolve Landesk tickets assigned to epic training.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with build team of assigned epic application(s).
- Train and credential trainers from within the organization to provide end-user training and administer assessments. Coordinate with credential trainer(s) to provide effective end-user training for users of assigned application(s).
- Communicate effectively both verbally, written and digital. Display ability to provide documentation and information to customers and peers with clarity on the topic at hand.
