To assess and coordinate the training and educational needs of patients and healthcare professionals in an assigned area. To develop community healthcare awareness and education programs.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related degree plus two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities
- Develops orientation programs and materials for staff/patients within an assigned area or unit.
- Evaluates the training needs of an assigned area.
- Develops training materials and programs and conducts training.
- Interacts with the community to promote healthcare awareness and education.
