Responsibilities
- Greet and assist community members, partners, and visitors, managing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Receive training on how to interface with the community and do resource and referral both internally within the organization as well as to external service providers.
- Receive phone calls and walk-ins while maintaining an organized reception area.
- Maintain and update a referral database.
- Support program reporting by tracking outreach and referral metrics.
