Position Summary
The Marketing Project Manager oversees the daily operations of the Popejoy Hall Marketing Department. This role focuses on optimizing marketing processes, managing personnel, analyzing data, and contributing to the financial and operational success of the department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Works directly with senior management to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience engagement, and community outreach.
- Supports and coordinates promotional and programmatic events such as community outreach activities, other public-facing initiatives to enhance Popejoy Hall’s visibility and reputation.
- Manages project workflows for the marketing team serving as project manager, ensuring campaigns and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Oversees the production of all printed and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, program guides, email campaigns, and media collateral. Collaborates on design layouts, prepares copy, and ensures adherence to Popejoy Hall’s brand standards.
- Keeps management informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations.
- Establishes and maintains a staffing structure to support the marketing efforts of Popejoy Hall. Provides direct oversight of marketing support staff, including performance evaluations, training, motivation, and participation in hiring or personnel actions.
- Allocates work effectively, ensures the team has the necessary resources, and fosters a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
- Oversees data collection and analysis for marketing campaigns, utilizing tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Tracks campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
