Position Summary
The Division of EnrollmentManagement is looking for energetic, personable students to assist current andfuture students, guests, and faculty / staff in a front desk setting. This experience will deepen yourunderstanding of all facets of Enrollment Management, including admission,financial aid, scholarships, and registration. Position will also work on special projects including call campaigns andresponding to student questions and inquiries via text message platform. There will be on the job training onprofessional communication, student centered services, as well as applicablesoftware and databases.
The position will be housed at Student Support & Services Center; 1155University SE. Work schedule will bebetween the hours of 8am – 5pm (Monday thru Friday). Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
