As a Supervisor of Maintenance & Construction , you’ll play a key role in coordinating, supervising, and overseeing multi-craft technical teams engaged in both construction and maintenance projects. What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead and supervise a talented technical workforce, including up to master-level technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and up to code.
- Organize work schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.
- Train employees on the latest equipment, methods, procedures, and safety techniques to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress, ensuring compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with customers, project technicians, and external contractors to guarantee projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee purchasing, estimating costs, and managing resources effectively to maintain smooth operations and job flow.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Certification / Licensure : Current NM licensure in one or more construction trades disciplines
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
