Position Summary | The Sr. Development Assistant serves as administrative support for the Associate Vice Chancellor of Development and the Development team - including communication with partners, scheduling, meetings, and event planning. They provide high-level administrative support by way of effective and efficient communication, management and implementation of objectives, and projects from the Development office. The position provides administrative support to the office of Development including office management, budgeting, meeting and event management, and manages the workflow of the office of Development to ensure quality and timeliness of reports, correspondence, and event management. This position will also require general office coverage and other duties as assigned by the Project Manager as well as adaptability and openness to change as the needs of the organization change. |
Minimum Qualifications |
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. |
