Job duties include but are not limited to :
- Initiates and manages learning and development projects that include virtual and in-person trainings, conferences, and asynchronous courses
- Identifies training, instructional, and material needs
- Collaborates with project stakeholders, facilitators, subject matter experts, and vendors
- Assists in developing project goals and objectives
- Develops, manages, and reports on project budgets
- Prepares and delivers reports pertaining to Learning and Development efforts
- Plans, initiates, monitors and evaluates training courses and programs utilizing interactive video, web-based, classroom and video mediums.
- Coordinates development of instructional and support materials to meet training objectives.
- Interfaces with staff, University departments, outside organizations and state agency customers.
- Performs needs assessments and assists in developing project goals, objectives and direction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
