Job Description Summary
An experienced researcher with a knowledge in cancer biology and tumor immunology will investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms by which tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells modulate the anti-tumoral immune response in cancer patients. Potential candidate will be involved in a design and testing novel drugs that target the different suppressive pathways operating in tumor microenvironment. Scientist will perform all basic immunological assays including the flow cytometry-based assays, tissue cell culturing, processing human specimens, cytokine multi-plex assay, western blot, ELISA, ELISpot, cytotoxic assays and others. Skills in a molecular biology such as DNA / RNA extraction and analysis, standard and quantitative PCR, conventional and next-generation sequencing are desired. The potential candidate is expected to participate in design and performing experiments, data analysis and presentation. He / she will work independently to manage daily research projects, data collection and organization of the laboratory. He / she must be able to identify and resolve technical problems and use analytical and decision-making skills to implement assigned projects.

- Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Philosophy in Immunology, and 5 to 7 years of postdoctoral experience is required.
