Position: Assistant Coach – Women’s Soccer
Location: The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, Bradford, PA
Compensation: $7.25 per hour/ 37.5 hours per Week

Position Overview:
The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to serve as an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. This position is ideal for someone passionate about developing student-athletes and growing in the coaching profession. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to support all aspects of the women’s soccer program.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Assist with planning and conducting daily training sessions and practices
• Provide individual and small group instruction to improve player development
• Support the Head Coach with game-day preparation, tactics, and in-game decision-making
• Help manage team travel, equipment, and scheduling
• Assist with recruiting efforts and identifying prospective student-athletes
• Foster a positive and competitive team environment emphasizing sportsmanship and personal growth
• Maintain consistent communication with players regarding academics, performance, and well-being
• Participate in camps, clinics, and community engagement activities as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Department

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching or high-level playing experience (college, club, or professional) preferred
• Strong knowledge of the game and a commitment to player development
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Compensation and Perks:

• Monthly wage of $7.25/ 37.5 Hours Per Week

Pay: $7.25 - $14.29 per hour

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Coaching or Playing: 2 years (Required)
