Assistant Director of Player Personnel

Individual serves the Department of Athletics as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel. They will report directly to the Director of Player Personnel, with additional oversight from the Head Football Coach and the Deputy Athletic Director of Internal Affairs. This position is responsible for assisting the coaching staff in the overall development of the football program, including directly assisting the coaching staff with the preparation, strategy and organization of information related to recruiting activities as well as involvement in on-campus recruiting activity and recruiting correspondence. Individual will assist in recruiting strategy, correspondence and coordination on campus recruiting efforts and campus and facility tours. Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach and Deputy Athletic Director of Internal Affairs.Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred) and at least 1-2 years’ experience as a football coach, recruiting coordinator or graduate assistant required.
