Job Summary
Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of large or complex projects. Assists in developing timelines and ensures adherence to deadlines. Manages financial aspects of projects and other administrative duties. Handles external correspondence and drafts reports and other communications.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Collect status updates and maintain the implementation software
- Perform simple-moderate data analysis and interpretation
- Develop timelines and monitor progress of projects
- Communicate changes and progress to appropriate constituents
- Interact with committees, individuals, and other constituents on behalf of ACQI and the Vice Dean
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address gaps
- Conduct other administrative tasks, lead meetings, and draft communications
- Manage strategic projects and implementation processes
- Assist with selection and management of activities regarding external consultants or vendors
- Maintain webpages and other digital and print items
- Coordinate and submit status reports, annual reports, and other correspondence related to project
- Create and facilitate trainings, workshops, and other needs as directed
Operates computers and other office equipment, communicate effectively with management contacts, perform under pressure. Incumbent is expected to move about Alan Magee Scaife Hall particularly and the University and teaching hospitals generally
