Responsibilities Include
- Grow membership.
- Retain members.
- Travel and meet with members.
- Travel and meet with prospective members.
- Co-administer key programs including affinity peer groups, retreats, family business action plans, webinars, and conference.
- Source, negotiate and hire program presenters.
- Create and implement growth and retention strategies regionally and nationally.
- Represent PFBA through public speaking.
- Host a booth at conferences and seminars.
- Communicate strategically with stakeholders.
- Market programs to members based on trusted relationships with the members.
- Utilize CRM software HubSpot.
- Attend and engage with all PFBA programs and activities.
